YIN YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING

WITH MEGAN CANNON

Sunday, August 30  11-4pm

COST: $222

This Yin Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative journey into the quiet power of stillness and introspection. Rooted in the ancient Taoist principles of balance and flow, Yin Yoga emphasizes long-held, passive postures that target the deep connective tissues, fascia, and energetic pathways of the body. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore the subtleties of the inner landscape.

Over the course of this immersive training, you’ll learn:

  • The foundational philosophy and principles of Yin Yoga

  • Functional anatomy and fascia theory with a focus on joint mobility

  • The energetic body: meridian theory, chakras, and the subtle body

  • Intelligent sequencing and safe guidance of Yin postures

  • The art of holding space: voice, presence, and mindful cueing

  • Practical tools for cultivating stillness, mindfulness, and emotional release

Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to deepen your offerings or a dedicated practitioner seeking personal growth, this training will equip you with the tools to teach and practice Yin Yoga with clarity, compassion, and authenticity.
